If you don't have a *very good* air-conditioned environment to assemble and load the camera up, and you put desiccant packs/strips in the housing, load the system up the night before or at least 8 hours prior to diving. If you load it too close to your dive time, they wont have time to dry the air up enough where it will stay above the dew point during the dive. The camera bodies also have air in them and that needs time to dry inside the housing environment as well.
