I used my 5mm there in April and it worked great. Sitting still and doing 4 dives a day, can get you chilled regardless of water temp. And if you tend to get cold, just do the 5mm. Save your money. It's not like you are going to get hot under there.

I agree, 5mm is the way to go in July or August and take the hood for the last dive of the day :) Have fun you will love the critters...
 
what divedesign said. Water temperature is colder in August, with average water temperature of about 25-26C. So if you are going to be diving for 9 days, 5mm might be the way to go. Enjoy Lembeh!
