Using 105mm, Aperture mode in the camera. Usually set the aperture to f16-22 depending on DOF that I want. Strobe speed is 1/60 (flash mode) but occasionally change to manual mode. I have TTL set on my Inons (with the Heinrich adapter). Hope that helps.
