I just don't log dives
I’ve got a Sherwood reg set that only has a few dives on it since last service. Yesterday in the pool I noticed a slight leak from one of the plugged ports on the second stage. My first thought was that it’s just not tight but upon inspection I realized that it’s just a rubber plug and not a threaded metal one. Is that normal?

It is a dry bleed regulator and should give a small stream of tiny bubbles when working correctly. It keeps the ambient chamber dry. Not sure if this is unique to Sherwood but it does work very well.

It's normal for SWs, in fact if its NOT leaking at that port it is not working correctly. Sherwood, the only regs that normally leak......and the drybleed system is really quite effective.

Before anyone else thinks their newer Sherwood has a problem because it is not bubbling, current Sherwood generation no longer employs the same dry bleed design.
