Leak testing my housing tonight!!

Well, leak test it with tissue paper. THEN put the camera in it if it passes.
 
Put $50 on top of the tissue.

If it gets wet, keep it and I'll send you another one.

When it doesn't send it to me.

Try it in your bathtub - if it doesn't leak there, it won't anywhere. The way the back is designed, the greater the pressure the more it seals.

They also make good stepstools... (not recommended...lol)

btw, if you drop it move your foot - quickly...the housing will be fine.

hehehe... thanks for the advice. Everything was fine bone dry and ready for the HC7. Unfortunately I'm teaching this weekend and won't get a chance to play with it with the camera inside...It will have to wait till our mid-week get together....I'm dyiiiing!

btw - I did use a tissue...after spending a small fortune on this set up there ain't many $50's kicking around at the moment. :wink:
