Hello, I am seeing tiny droplets forming around the corners of the inside of the u/w case (go pro hero 10). the volume of water is not even 1 drop from a pipette.
I have seen condensation on the lens in the past, and with such condensation I couldnot see individual specks, it was a very fine mist.

is there a way of determining if its condensation or a leak, maybe by warming or cooling the camera housing after the dive?
thanks

You can run into condensation issues if the housing and the camera experience significant temp/humidity change before and after the dive. In short, the trapped air (as referenced by @Edward3c) is the likely culprit. Also, check to see that the gasket is well seated.

Condensation is fresh water. Leaks (in the ocean) are salty. You can taste the difference.

A man after my own heart, such a simple test.
