Law / Fire PWC Loaners

Has anyone utilized or tried to utilize any LEO / Fire / EMS PWC loaners lately? How did the process work / not work for your agency? How big of a pain are they to get and turn in? Are the programs worth it?

It’s a great program that we used for several years. But in the long run it was cheaper to get our own using grants and what ever funds. When you return the PWC’s they have to be in the same condition as when they were loaned to the agency. We have forked out in excess of 5K for repairs prior to returning them.
