I am thinking of buying a Lavacore hooded long-sleeve vest for some extra warmth under a 3/2mm full wetsuit in not-terribly-warm waters (72-75F).

Does anyone have experience with using one of these and what are the advantages? The sales description reads a little like it's too good to be true...
