I ordered some gear from Laughing Blenny and had a positive experience.
They were offering a good deal on some gear I wanted. After checking the manufacturer web site, which confirmed they were a dealer (with a name like that, you *HAVE* to check
), I placed an order.
The bad news was that the manufacturer had placed a recall on one of the components. I was offered a refund if I didn't want to wait, otherwise, it would be a week or two before they got the replacement. I elected to wait.
When the gear arrived, one of the components was broken and another part (which comes from the manufacturer in a box) looked used and damaged. I emailed the company with pics and they promised replacements would be on the way.
A week later I have the replacement parts and hope to use my new gear this weekend. Throughout this whole process, Roland has been responsive and had a good customer service attitude. I can't blame them for the break, stuff happens when mail goes from one postal service to another and they acted quickly to fix the problem (I had asked for insurance).
In short, I would use Laughing Blenny again.
