Lankayan - an option over Sipadan?

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I had to change plans and move our vacation to next week and we are frantically searching for somewhere to dive in Sabah. We have been to Sipadan many times in the past and loved it but with the current "quota" system, we have serious doubts it will be an option for us this time. So...
My husband is now set on Lankayan but being the boring one in our family, I'm not sure about the diving there and the resort. Any help would be SO greatly appreciated. We are flying to Malaysia in 2 days and we have no clue where we are going :shocked2:!

How'd it go, where did you end up going?

After two weeks of vorfreude and anticipation, we decided to go back to Sipadan. Lankayan said we needed two weeks advance notice and since this was a last minute trip, we were not able to book in advance.
I'm going to write a short report of our Sipadan trip now.
