Did a couple from Lanes Cove today.
Flat Calm seas/wind. Vis was EXCELLENT!! 25 - 30 feet?
Did a couple AM dives.
Dive 1 - In 11:11, 45 min bt, max depth 50 fsw. Surface temp 55, temp at depth 42 degrees. Swam North along pink granite formations then headed to wall and followed back closer to entry point. Saw HUGE 15 lb? lobzilla in one of crevices. We didn't even want to mess with him.
Dive 2, (1 hour Surface interval), In at 11:55, 48 min BT, 59 fsw max depth. Repeated same dive though spent more time along wall. Collected a couple golf balls. On way back, saw some flounder and a couple baby Nudi's.
Stopped at Kelly's RB for Roast beef sand and Frappe for way home as my buddy and I had to head back to do yard work, etc,. Can't wait to get back
We dove at lowest of low tides so it was a bit slippery entry.
We did drive to check out other sites on way to Lanes and saw a couple going in at Cat Rocks and a couple entering Folly around 10:00ish
