Lake Rawlings Diving

I am just wondering how many ScubaBoard members will be diving at Lake Rawlings this summer. I am newly certified and right now my only other buddy is my Naui instructor (brother in law) and he is out of town working his Real Job. So if you ever find yourself wanting to go this summer but don't have any one to dive with let me know I might be available. I have gotten kind of addicted to this and I am looking for excuses to get in the water.

You might want to come join us on the NC board. We have a lot of members in VA and it's quite common for some of us to be at Rawlings on any given weekend. New members/dives are always welcome. I know of some members there on July 1-2 and I am going to be there on the 4th. There is a link to the NC board under my sig.

Yep, check both boards.

I am currently working two jobs and as soon as I get promoted on job b, I will be dropping job b, which will free up nearly all of my weekends.

After that, I will be in the water, including Lake Rawlings, considerably more.

Adding some saltwater to your diving might be a good idea as well. I will be doing some beach diving on the Outer Banks this summer.

Come on down to Hatteras for the fourth of July weekend, We have spaces on the Under Pressure doing some great rec depth limits dives. on some great wrecks.

Bleary eyed guy posting past his bedtime is the biggest problem.

Tha should have read "promoted at job a".

Job "a" is traffic producer and anchor for Metro Networks in Norfolk.

Job "b" is sales at Radio Shack.

This should all settle out in a few weeks.

I got my promotion today and my last day at job b is 14 July.
