Labuan Bajo / Komodo

Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience of just rocking up in Labuan Bajo and getting a late deal on a 5/6/7 day Komodo liveaboard - in other words do the boats offer discounts to fill them up at short notice? I have some flexibility on when i get there and am hoping this may be an option.

Alternatively are there any websites other than liveaboard.com that promote these?

Padi travel has last minute offers on liveaboards. I have seen many signs while walking around labuan bajo for shorter trips 2-3 days. On the trip i did in may 2024 we had six people on the seven seas liveaboard so there were many available spots on that trip. https://travel.padi.com/

I've never tried it but evrytime I've been in LBJ I've seen signs on the street of discounted trips. I've always thought that parking in LBJ or Sorong could be a great way to get a deep discount on a LOB.
