On Ebay there is a vendor called Wesellit, they sell everything from mini-motorcycles to dive scooters. I bought 2 Dolphin dive scooters (not the Seedo Dolphins, ones from another company that are actually useful for diving) back last August. UPS promptly lost them. Geoff from Wesellit and I have been diligently chasing down the right forms, pushing UPS to get the investigation done and in general making pests of ourselves, finally UPS admitted culpability and approved the insurance claim. Immediately upon approval Geoff at Wesellit sent me two replacement scooters (even though UPS sent them the wrong amount for the settlement). Hats off to Geoff and Wesellit for being a standup bunch of folks!
