Don't know how often you update the list but I can confirm that both Halcyon 30 and 40 lbs wings have little drain holes for the outer shell in the form of two grommets in the bottom.

I ran across some very good fin sizing info on kidspot's site. This info was very useful when I was shopping for new fins to use with DUI rock boots. I went with the Turtles, which are working out pretty well. Thanks, bro !
