A while back, I had new wrist seals put on my DUI TLS-350 drysuit and, stupidly, trimmed them too much. I put up with wet sleeves for many weeks, finally bit the bullet and sent my suit back to DUI to replace the seals.

My suit was returned to me today via UPS and the wrist seals were replaced at no charge! They only billed my CC for the shipping. :)

Just thought I would share.
