Just wanted to praise Oceanic for their excellent customer service when there's a problem.
In the middle of my trip to Bonaire last summer, my VT3 started flashing EL2, indicting I was at elevation. Since I know that Bonaire is pretty much AT sea level, I knew this wasn't correct.
I contacted Doug Krause by PM when I returned and he provided me with a potential fix, which appeared at first to work. However, I didn't test the computer in the water, and when I went to the pool a couple of months later to check gear and refresh skills before a trip, my VT3 began flashing EL2 again. ![Shake Head :shakehead: :shakehead:](/community/styles/scubaboard/smilies/shakehead.gif)
I immediately contacted ScubaToys (where I purchased it) and sent it back. Five weeks later a brand new VT3 was delivered to my house (not bad considering it was over the Christmas holidays).![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Thank you Oceanic for standing behind your products and fixing the problem quickly and efficiently, obviously replacing a defective unit without fuss or muss.
