Hello, I've been doing macro photography for a some time. Given the amount of wreck opportunities around Koh Tao, i think that it will be a good chance to explore wreck photography . Currently im using TG6, and hope to get recommendations for a dive center, particularly a good guidance in wide angle shots.

I'm not sure if there is any Dive Center that can customize trip for wreck site only, and is it expensive?

Else, I could take up wreck specialty, so that I can get to do wreck dive on each trip. However, will i be require to do the skills, and have lesser time to do photography? When doing photography, esp macro, i may tend to spend a lot of time on a subject of interest.

Please recommend me a dive center that has good wreck diving guide

I could not recall HTMS Sattakut being interesting for macro photography. Two wrecks were added recently Sept 2023 but highly unlikely that it will be entrusted with coral which needs time to grow and for the school of fish to call it a home.

Recreational wreck course would not prepare anyone for penetration. To complete a tec wreck course, one probably has to be a certified full tec diver and that was the route I took.

You should contact Jake UWPThailand @ Koh Tao Divers

He loves macro shooting nudis and other small things that normal divers can't see
