Koh Tao Dive shop recommendation for OW (PADI)

I don't know if you still needed but I took my OW to "Ocean sound dive & yoga". They take just 4 students for each instructor. I didn't have any previous experience but I think they are very good. Ocean Sound Team - Ocean Sound Dive + Yoga

Hi all,
I would be most grateful for dive shop recommendations in Koh Tao
My requirements are
1. PADI (OW)
2. Small group (the smaller the better ) , would prefer a small shop / private (probably too beyond my budget )
3. Patient and experienced instructor (A must, I am a slow learner )

If you are looking for small groups On Tao. select your dive shop with care, you can get some seriously overcrowded boats around that Island.

Loads of choices, but from the few I have tried, Big Blue at Sairee were my favourite.
