There will be no problem leaving your equipment at a dive centre. I work for Phi Phi Barakuda, and we have full CCTV, but there are no big issues on Phi Phi. There is a price agreement in place between the dive centres on Phi Phi, so prices are all the same...

I just sent a email to Barakuda through the website.
One of my friends will be completing an OW referral certification (started through an SSI program here in San Francisco) and two others are going to do PADI AOW at the same time. Hopefully we can all dive at the same time
