Well it looks like Red Sea is pretty much off the table for 2012. The original plans just weren't really working. Some people were looking for more time in the area and flights were forcing us to stretch the budget a bit too much or cut back in other ways, which wasn't cool. We'll have new plans in the works when we can devote a bit more time and money to the trip. Thanks for all the advice that's been posted here, it'll still be a helpful starting point when we start planning again.
