If you follow the advice of your physician. I have had 4 knee sugeries (horse kicks and rodeos will do it all the time) and 1 replacement. Had to change my fins (split fins) so as to not increase tension in my kicking (near the knees). Go light on weight (singles compared to doubles) and stay healthy.
