I'm going down to the Keys in November I'v never been there could anyone give me a few good dive operators to dive with also some good places to stay me and my wife are going to Key-Hop all over so any info for any parts would be helpful.

Go with Ocean Divers in Key Largo. Great, fast boats and a very nice crew.

Marina Del Mar resort & Ocean Divers offer package deals. I've stayed at Marina Del Mar twice (Once in Nov 2000 & about 2 weeks ago). It's very nice & reasonable. Ocean Divers were great (My last trip I went with SeaDwellers & am sorry I didn't stick with Ocean Divers).

I prefer the upper keys to the lower keys (Key West), the diving just seems better to me. A little place I have stayed in Tavernier is Frank's Key Haven http://fkeyhaven.com/ . It's a small place, 60's vintage but well kept and very pro diver. While there we dove with Tavernier Divers, nice boats and very cooperative with our needs.

We have gone out with Conch Divers a few times. Had a ball, good crew. We went midweek, off season and they took the two of us out by ourself (45 ft boat).
