would like to visit Key Largo area and do some diving. Can anyone suggest an operator. I like depths of 60' plus, wreaks and all sealife. Appreciate safety, but no hand holding like they want to do in Cayman. I have over 500 dives. Thanks

We just did a trip last year to John pennekamp marine park. You will love it. Since we've only been there once I'll defer to the locals on here to give specific recommendations on a charter boat. I can however highly recommend Rib Daddy's Steak and Seafood!

Most of the more popular key largo sites are shallow.
The major wrecks are the most commonly dove deep sites.
You may want to check with this operator - based on your 500 dives comment Jeff may be better suited to handling your needs. I have used him and will/would use him again

I would recommend Silent World Divers. Chris and the crew are top notch. I did my deep cert. with them last spring. All of his instructors are also TEC instructors. I'm looking forward to diving with them again in the spring.

Rainbow Reef Dive Shop has taken my wife and I am some great dives, we live local here in the West Palm Beach area. Good boat and a fun crew to say the least. Right next to a great bar/food place to eat after a long dive, everything is right there boats, shop, food and your room. They will hook you up with some good rates on rooms as well.
