Has any used one of these and a dive glove for protection only? They are mesh and made to resist sharp objects. I can get my hands;) on some fairly reasonable, just wondering how they hold up?
 
The ones I am looking at are totally mesh. Just wondering if any knows of a reason they would not work? They are fairly long but was planning on pulling them up over my wetsuit sleeve.
