I saw King Neptune in 1978 and he was a very plump half drunken sot with an odd sence of Fashion and wearing a portion of a Cheif Petty Officers kit. For some odd reason he had a very large Kobasa concealled in his skirt/kilt ( I think it was a Black Watch Tartan too ) Odd duck who required many strange and unsual acts to be done in order to prove ones loyalty. Wooooe is he/she who pisses off Da King.....
