Just wanted to say HI

Hey all, new to the board. Been lingering for a few days now. I was doing a search on Pelican cases and a link to this site came up and I've been spending alot of time here since. Anyhoo, I've been NAUI OW cert'd since 91. Did about 16 or so dives then and hadn't again until this year. My daughter actually got me back into it. We both got OW cert'd with PADI her's of course a Jr. cert being she just turned 10. We went down to Coz for a 5 day trip to do our open water dives. The trip was fantastic but was topped off with an amazing feeling of seeing her acomplish her dives so well and really take to it so naturally. I'm just about finished with my AOW and will working on my rescue diver next. Great to see such a cool board with some cool members. Look forward to spending alot of time here!!

Welcome to the boards! I dive with my sons who are 12 and 15 - it's a great feeling watching them grow in the sport and to think that when they're grown they will be like, "Remember when dad took us diving and we played with the sea lions......" I also have an eight year old who is itching to start diving!

Welcome to the board. Glad you came back.... My daughter is going to be Jr certified really soon. She is so excited about diving. It is great. I can't wait to dive with her in the ocean. I know she will love it. She loves animals.
