I am a diver based in Hong Kong. I returned to diving a few years ago after a twenty year layoff. Really regret not coming back sooner. I am really keen while I am in HK to dive as much of Asia as possible and I am focussing on the Philippines at the moment. Most of my diving has been in Australia but HK is very central to some great diving places. Heading to Batangas in for a week in June to dive Anilao and Nasugbu, so any advice on accommodation would be most welcome.

I am based in Manila and hoping to head down to Anilao next weekend. My tips so far are Arthur's place and Planet Dive... but I also would be keen to hear from others who've been there recently..??

Thanks Amy. Have looked at Arthur's Place. I would be interested to know what you think the best dives in Anilao are. Do you have a top ten?

Welcome to Scubaboard !

From HK, no excuses not to make a trip over to Taiwan and head South to Kenting area, some excellent diving down there and worth it for a weekend trip. Check Greater China - ScubaBoard and you'll find plenty of Taiwan info.

For Philiippines - nip into the Philippine Paradise Divers - ScubaBoard section of the forum, and there are some really helpful divers in there who will give you the run down on all the locations in Philippines.
