The harness is amazing. A ton of thought went into it, it's very comfortable, lots of adjustment, love it.
BUT. Always a but....

I did a 30lb wing, AL back plate, and single tank adapter. The biggest problem is that the giant wing nuts for mounting everything put two big lumps in the back pad. Enough to make the rig uncomfortable. Maybe I have them installed wrong? They can't face out because they'd prevent the tank from laying into it's spot. This of course made attaching the harness to the wing itself extremely difficult as the soft plate of the harness couldn't lay into the curve of the plate. Did I do something wrong? The lack of directions that address this section has me really wondering. Or did someone just jump the shark with these wingnuts that came with the single tank adapter?

Thanks!

When assembling the back plate and harness, start with the center of the soft back and secure it to the back plate. The back plate will form a channel in the softback in which the wing nuts of the single tank adapter will be recessed.

Can you post a pic of the correct way? It seems like you're saying that the wing nuts should be inside the soft plate? I can see how that would make mounting the wing to the plate easier, and changing the wing to a double with double tanks, but it also seems like that would make the wing nuts even more prominent.
