Howdy Folks,

I'm a newbie diver from Connecticut, and I'll be out in San Diego this summer with time for one day of diving. Where would you folks recommend? We're thinking the Catalina Islands, but the kep forest and wreck alley look tempting as well. Thoughts/comments?

Either way is a great dive. It a bit of a haul to Catalina so unless you have one complete day, I would go to the wrecks.

www.loisann.com or www.gottadive.com run about everyday to wrecks and kelp
