Hi.
My Name is Tim and I have been an instructor in Phuket, Thailand since 2007. I decided to go pro when my partner and i decided that we needed a change. She decided to start a photography business and i did what i promised to do once i became an open water diver. That's right get my instructors. After my first OW dive I promised right then and there "one day i will become an Instructor" it took me 3 years and have not looked back since.
Our "plan" was to work one year and travel to another location. Travel the world we said. We both fell in love Phuket as it turned out. It offers a lot for every type of traveler form 6 star resorts to youth hostel. So we have enjoyed being able to live here with a balance we both like in terms of western amenities. We even decided to have a junior scuba diver. Kingston is one now and he loves with the water and beach mornings.
Now that Kingston is one year old I will be the stay at home diving Dad. So I joined up to to keep up with other divers and their experiences throughout the world. I will not be working full time but get to enjoy freelancing when there is enough work.
