Ive been living and snorkeling in Okinawa for 2 years now and I just got OW certified.
I am working on a dive trip this friday and one next weekend. I have all my gear except the tank, which I will buy when I go back to the states. I plan on getting a steel tank. I had a great instructor and a great class. Our class just clicked, no one shot up to the surface, no one had any major problems.
I enjoy taking pictures underwater, the below link are my first scuba pictures. I've taken several pictures while snorkeling but being 40-60 feet underwater makes the color more blue, ill try using the white balance next time I go down which hopefully is friday.
