Hello to all... I rec'vd my O/W cert last w.e., was on my first rec dive yesterday. The plan is to dive 6-8 more times and decide whether to invest in gear. I'm on the PNW and will dive here mostly, with trips to BC during the summer. Being from Seattle some warm water destinations (particularly NOW) are attractive. Iif I could only get that buoyancy thing figured out...

Welcome!! Any question you have, you can probably find a post about it in the archives, or just ask away and someone will steer you to an answer.

Take your time making the gear decision. Try out lots of different configurations first. Rent or borrow for a bit.
