I went out with Blue H20 on Sept 1st. I booked online last minute (the day before) and got very quick and helpful responses from Jose. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and all boats were called back in as we were only 5 miles out (and pretty roughed up from the chop).
But I just wanted to mention that they are good for the advertised refund: cash balance returned immediately and my online deposit refunded via paypal within the hour. Next time I've got a pre-flight day to kill I'll go out with these guys again, hopefully with more success.
