Non diving wife & I will be there June 5 to June 12. We will be staying at the Iberostar. I will likely dive with Living-Underwater or Scuba Tony

We have booked Blue XT Sea on previous trips and had hoped to book with them again. After emailing Christi (the owner), I received a reply that she would get back with us as she was ill.

After I sent her her two follow-up reminders that we were eager to book with her, I still have not heard back.

Also, I see that a lot fewer Scubaboarders are booked with her than on my prev trips. Is it just me, or is Blue XT Sea's presence in Cozumel waning?

Did you try calling the office? There is a business toll free number that is posted on the website. 1-800-281-0134.

From everything I've seen, Christi is normally pretty quick to respond, so I'm a bit surprised. But 'stuff' happens and things get missed. I'd take Sue Sue's suggestion and give them a call. I doubt BlueXTSea is 'waning' just because less SBer's may be booked with her right now. Scuba with Alison has had minimal mentions on SB over the years, but she's frequently booked up way in advance. I make sure to book super early when I can to make sure she has spots for us.
