Yeah - my first WW weigh in after joining last week and I'm down 2.5#s! I'm pleased by this, but my scale at home shows closer to 4#s, so I was expecting more than 2.5 (I would blame the difference on clothes, but I wore the same thing as I did last week for the first weigh in. Weird). It's still good, though, and the program wasn't too difficult, either, so I'm glad. Here's to week 2...

Dee asked me to post a 1.8 loss for her. She's having computer problems.

Will someone add all these up and give me a grand total loss for Tuesday WI's?
Thanks!

It looks like a total of -11.3 for the week. (ignoring the "abstentions").

Instead of working on loosing our "2nd diver" in total pounds, what if we took a standard like the weight of an AL80 (on land) as our loss tracker?

Do you know what our total is now..from the beginning?

I'm not a math person. :)
And thanks very much for the fast reply!

Looks like a grand total of 219.5!

208.2 plus this weeks losses of 11.3.

We're losers!!!

LOL, try being in Coz the 24th thru 28th, returning home to the rib sale by the local high school athletic dept. and then add memorial day on top of that. I'm toast! I'll weigh in tomorrow with my thursday weighers group but I'm not looking forward to it. I just got back on the bandwagon and there's plenty of room, come join me. Greg

Finally got around to posting. I did weigh in on Tuesday morning and am at no gain, no loss. Maintained. OK, I was hoping for a slight loss, since I have increased my physical activity quite a bit, but I also have increased my food intake! Got to watch that!

Okay, joining in here because I need some support too. Lost 23 pounds about 8 months ago and when I stepped on the scale this morning, I realized I had gained 6 back. :-( Time to get back in the groove and lose 33 pounds!

Strategy is basically a lower carb/no sugar diet (not Atkins, but my own creation), working out on my eliptical trainer 5-6x a week, and doing my crunches every day. Later I'll add weight training on our Bow Flex, but not until we get back from diving in Key Largo later this month! :-)
