I refuse to answer on the grounds that it may incriminate me. :(

Seriously, suffice to say I've gained more than a couple pounds since I last weighed in -- vacation blew all my good intentions out of the water. I'm trying to get my act together again -- if anyone has any good motivational words for someone who's completely offset any gains they had, please let me hear them! <sigh>

My wife of 29 years says she can only lose weight about one week a month. I assume it's some kind of female hormone thing that causes it to be that way. All you can do is your best, and start over the next day. Don't let a day or two off the diet kill your entire week.

I'm pleased to say that I took that pound from last week back off, so I'm back at 265. Now that the holiday is over, and most of the beer is gone, I should be able to lose a little more in the next few weeks. My big problem is that I LOVE micro-brewed beer, and the brewery is two miles from the house. I tend to go in there much too often and sample their wares.
 
I do not have an official WI for this week, I have been going to WW on Monday nights and missed last night. If I can I will go to another time this week, but with my work and everything else this week I don't know. So, we should put me down for 0 this week. No loss, No Gain. If by Thurs. weigh in I have a report I will add it in the system.
 
Just getting started and my first weigh-in was 10 minutes ago.
I'm at 235 lbs and 6'0'' tall. I've been gaining weight for the last seven years so I'd have something to start with. Yea right! This was one of those topics on SB that I just skimmed by, until I caught a glimpse of my naked profile. Who was that in the closet with me? Well one thing I don't have to worry about, he can't fit into my clothes.
 
Well, I missed my official WW weigh-in last week, too, but should be going tomorrow. However, I did get on the home scale and it's up a bit. I think it's +2, but Memorial Day (the whole weekend actually) was bad for dieting.

Really have to track those WW points -- it's only when I keep track of everything that I can keep losing.

I'm down 1.5 pounds this week. Total of 7.5# down to 198.5. Yeah, I broke the 200# mark :dazzler1:

I missed last weeks post, I would have reported 7.2lb lost, and this week 6lb lost. despite the efforts of Frankmuth_Tom to corrupt my system with Maple Porter.

5/31, 385 -> 323 -> 180 (30.2%, -62lbs, Week 20)
