Weigh in is tomorrow and I don't think it's gonna be a good one. I've had popcorn chicken from Sonic twice this week, I just love those things! And we've eaten out more this week than normal. The fried amberjack that Steve cooked at the lake yesterday couldn't be resisted! Beast has been working long hours and it's been so hot I hate to cook and heat up the house so it's just easier to go get something. Never anything really bad, judge a fudge here and there but it adds up.

I've done real well drinking my water, tho! :eyebrow:
 
I'm not looking forward to Thursday - 2 weeks of gains has me nervous. Wasn't too bad Sat, my free day, yesterday I was diving so ....

Today was better food and exercise wise. Need a motiviation to tighten up
