So what is your favorite place for carring your jon line??

I place mine in a small pocket on my weight harness and when I am diving in Florida my lobster gauge goes there. I have dive buddies that put them in the outside pocket of their tool bag and have a small hole in the bottom corner of the pocket with the jonline tied threw it in case they drop it when taking it out. A drysuit pocket is also another place I have seen them kept, but mostly in its own little pocket.

A jonline is a piece of equipment use for hanging on to an anchor line, also we use them when going on 100% O2. It is a piece of rope or nylon webbing with a clip on one end to clip or to your BC or a loop in that end to put around your wrist. On the other end their can be a loop which some people then loop around the anchor line but I do not prefer this method because it is harder to do. What I use is a clip hard to explain but it start big and getting small and the anchor rope just wedges itself into the clip. O yeah the rope length is 5-7 ft.

Here is a pic off the clip http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/P/B0000DYUOW.01-A3SVBRU2LEMONO._SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg

Singles bars....I usually start out with "Hey haven't we met before?" :eyebrow: and ends with "Wow, you have a great right cross for such an small lady!":no

GEE folks.... ;)

I was going to order the "Best Divers" jon line from scuba.com, but they are back ordered until Dec. I can get the clips, D-rings, and webbing - however, how does one work with the webbing (ie, how would I make loops for the D-rings and clips???).

too much $

Sheeze, go to Wallys and get a 6 ft. dog leash, has a nice loop for the wrist, or you can add a bolt snap, or two! Bungie it up with some small diameter tubing and you're all set! JMHO :D
