Hey Guys, it has been a long winter, I dove Joe's Quarry Saturday 05-03-08, I went with Divers Den. I did not check the surface temp but I think it was in the low 60's, at 33ft 52 and the vis 10-15 feet. I done one dive for 45 minutes, one was all I could take, my feet felt like ice cubes. maybe it is time for new boots.

Anyone want to go this Saturday? I need to test my new drysuit...

Sounds like the perfect temps for that!

Nahh, it's time to invest in a dry suit. Did two dives Saturday at BS, both in the 45-50 minute range and was comfortable. The fingers were getting cool even with dry gloves. Temp was 41 anywhere below 15-20'.

Dove Joe's this morning May 11th and conditions are still about the same. Surface was 62 deg. with first thermocline at around 12 ft. and 58 deg. Second thermocline around 30 ft. at 52 deg. Visabilty was 10-12 ft.

My brother in law was diving wet so we only got in one 30 minute dive. Saturday would have been a much better day because it was raining with high winds today.

You got Clayton in the water?? Good to hear that he is still diving. I enjoyed him on the FL trip.

Is anyone going this weekend? I really need to try the new drysuit out...
