There's a lot of internships listed here but at least one on the first page is legitimate since I know who placed the ad. Diving Jobs, latest Divemaster and Scuba Dive Instructor Job offers!

Most major agencies will have some sort of jobs listing available for members and some are also accessible by non-members. I do believe NAUI is open to non-members through their search engine at NAUI Jobs.
