JJ vs Tiburon weight

For flying purposes, what is the empty weight difference between a JJ and an ISC Tiburon? The JJ website says to expect around 20KG for that unit empty (seems high) and the ISC specs say 5 KG for the Tiburon empty (seems way low).

No wings, backplate, etc.. Just the can and counter lungs.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I'm looking at switching from the Tiburon to a JJ but I heard the JJ's are quite heavy which is a concern when flying. I'm already near max weight when I go to a place where I have to bring my drysuit.
