Aside from the considerable price difference... I have been reading about both of these regulators. They both seem remarkably similar. I know many products are built by the same manufacturer that are simply white label products for the brands that purchase/sell them (i.e. DR/Poseidon). However, given it is Poseidon, in this instance it seems unlikely.
I suspect one nice difference would be the threading on the first stage… What about the design…?
