Got me on that one. The Cyklons came out quite a while ago; first single hose regulator design (1950s) was a Poseidon & it looked like a Cyklon. As is, the 2nd stages use the same parts as the 30 year old Cyklons as first imported into the US. At the time, their performance blew all other regs out of the water, & they were freeze proof to boot. (with the kit)... why there is such a difference in the IP's of each reg?
