I was in Palu in December Kin and it was great for big stuff but the PI has some terrific macro.

Yeah, now I am a full fledged Pasaway Kim, but I'm not too much trouble...

Actually I'm quite surprised at the article. From where I am Palau would probably be the no 1 destination. Maybe the divers from up north go different places. It's Palau that you see lots of ads for in the dive magazines though.

..... it's more than diving that makes the philippines the no. ! destination of Japan. Scuab Diving is just an excuse why. best source : YAkuza they will tell you why this is the best place. hehehehhehe but i doubt if they would provide the factual data.
