Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, or Dominican Republic

I'm trying to figure out the best out of those three for vacation and diving. I'm planning on spending the trip diving. Any suggestions?

You might want to start out by outlining your expectations - accommodations, budget, type of diving, etc. Those are three completely different locations in terms of the diving offered, island "lifestyle", people, etc.

It also helps to fill your profile out completely, so people can use that to help tailor their responses to your background.
