I don't post a lot so if this is in the wrong place, sorry.
I would like to thank Jack for the time he spent last weekend assisting me with purchasing a tray and arm set and the quick shipping.
I had a reasonable idea of what I wanted and he helped me to refine it to get the pieces I needed. He didn't go for the throat and try to push me into the "Cadillac" parts when the "Chevy" stuff would do just fine
I mentioned that I was looking at a used YS-110 strobe and he was able to supply a new slightly used strobe for less than the used strobe at which I had been looking. He offered it at a reasonable price. I didn't hammer him down or even suggest the price of the unit at which I was looking. He was fair.
He did most of his work long after hours of normal business hours on a weekend.
He worked with me to accept an American Express giftcard through Paypal for part of the payment.
I had e-mailed with him earlier last year with the intention of purchasing then, but some things came up and I used the dollars elsewhere, so I was your basic "bebacker" and I am prety sure he figured I'd never be back.
He was courteous and friendly and didn't push or pressure me at any time.
