Hi, I purchased the Oceanic Pro Plus 3 computer for my iPad through iTunes and it is not showing up. Could I have done something wrong? I do have the email recept.

Hi,
Apple recently changed their back-end and this has been creating issues with transactions.

Please send us (to customer.service@divenav.com) proof of purchase and your userid with us so we can manually add the PP3 to your account.
 
Thanks for the info above. This is a great little tool this simulator. In just one dive I got to see how it reacts if I go into a DECO situation. Now to play some more. I sure wish you folks would hurry up and get the training module finished :D. Thanks again!!!
