ITK Conch Republic Divers

During ITK I had a lot of dives booked with several different charter operators and Conch Republic really shined. On one of the dives, a diver from my group had to cancel at the last minute due to a head cold.
Brenda made a note on my account for a free dive.
Just a few weeks ago, I called Brenda. She remembered, and without any problems booked dives for the return trip, one at no cost.
This type of customer service is NOT the norm but it is certainly appreciated!

Conch Republic is the best!!!! We did a last minue trip about a couple of years ago and they arranged everything. Room and dives for the weekend. The only thing we had to do was get food. They turned what was going to be a crappy weekend into a great one. All with only a one day notice. I will recommend them to everyone.
