If it's a shear holster for cutting shears I might know the owner. He lost his holder on Saturday at BW.

Hi,
I lost the sheath , but I had no idea that it was lost on ground. I thought I lost it in the kelps near the hidden beach. If you have found it , it should be a black sheath to hold shears.
